Mobile to Mobile File Sharing

Are there any file sharing free apps that don't require both phones to be connected to the same wifi? Any other free apps like mShare the would be recommended?

I use bluetooth file transfer.

bluetooth would work.
but if you wanted to make it more complicated, you could have paw server and the other phone can just go to your paw address and download files that way. I just want to say how great paw is and it can be miles away, unlike bluetooth and wifi
