Mobile Network won't turn on?

I downloaded the Go Launcher & Go Switch widget a couple weeks ago, and I always turned off 4G & 3G while at home to save battery since I run Wifi only. Well, today I try to turn on the 4G & for some reason it will not turn on? Any idea?

Not sure where you are,but there is another thread where it appears there might be a network issue. Lost 4G where I am.
