Does anyone have any idea why my phone doesn't send or receive MMS? I mean it is very seldom that I receive a picture when someone sends it. But usually it says to download and I click download and it never completes. I was thinking that it might be because I turn off my mobile data when I am at home and on Wi-Fi. Any answers?
