Miui doesn't rotate?

I have rotate enabled, but only in the browser and landscape only apps does it actually rotate. I can get over the homescreen not rotating, but the text app doesn't rotate!? Keyboard sux in landscape.

i'm on miui using stock miui messaging app and i have rotation. just checked it again, it rotates 90 degrees in either direction. i would suggest turning rotation off then back on, maybe that will reset it for you.
