Missing Sync Calender option under Data and Synchronization for gmail account on D2?

I am unable to sync my Google calender. After poking around and doing some more research I found when I went the Data and Synchronization in my Gmail account settings on the Droid it only has the options Sync Contacts and Sync Gmail. It seems to be missing the Sync Calender option. Any reason why this is? I suspect this is where the problem lies.

Calender should be in settings under account and sync... Make sure all boxes are checked. I use the mIQ app to sync and back everything up, it works with google so anytime you change or make a new event it updates everywhere. Good luck.
