How and where do I find the amount of minutes that have been used on the DROID X?

Dial #data and you'll get a free text. Or use the my Verizon app. Although it is not up to date and is usually a day or so behind.

Thanks brad92. This information was very useful. On the downside, I had to use my minutes to acquire this information.
I received an email from another member who suggested that I go to 'My Verizon' which I did and 'VOILA'. Thanks again!
