Verizon has really dropped the ball on this one! I know they want to do it OTA but giving people another option like using Kies would be nice.

Judy - I think he is more referring to the Android 2.2 Operating system that it lists on the tag. If the new ones are listed as having it and don't then that's a slap in the face. Bigger slap is that if the new ones DO have it and there has been no update for current owners.

Notice the date on the price tag, bottom of the red box. Begins 02/27-03/26. Maybe, just maybe it may drop sometime this week. We'll see. Not getting hopes up, just thought it was interesting.
