Microphone not working?

Hello everyone one,

I am looking for help with fixing my Droid 4. My microphone does not work during calls, recording or any other time unless it is in speaker phone mode. I have did a Factory Reset but no luck. I just downloaded a microphone to speaker app to hear what it is picking up (if anything) and it creates a loud echoing noise.

Any Ideas? Solutions? Or help is greatly appreciated!

Mine doesn't work either.i just use speaker for everything
