Did they fix the microphone jack problem that many Droid devices (Droid X, Droid, Droid 2, etc have loose jacks) have with the Razr?

Microphone jack? Do you mean headphone jack? The headphone Jack does support a microphone/headphone combination but other than that I don't know what you are taking about.

I use a wired headset with a microphone on it and it works fine on my razr

It still sucks. If you get a good jack it's fine, but some jacks that work great in my Galaxy Tab are horribly loose in my RAZR.
