Messaging icon on different screen

I had to restart my droid and now the messaging icon is not on my home screen. I have to scroll to the left. Any way to move it back?

Press and hold the icon. When it is selected move it in the direction you want to go (I assume to the right for you). When you get to the edge of the screen hold it there for a few seconds and it will move to the next screen (in your case the home screen). Hope that makes sense.
