Merge Multiple Calendars on Droid X

I have a Droid X, and somehow there are 4 different calendars tied to the Corporate email address or settings. Is there a way to merge these calendars into 1? After hopefully combining them on the phone, I need to figure out why it isn't synchronizing to the Corporate Outlook Calendar on the PC. All of the entries have been made on the phone itself. Please let me know what I can do, if anything? If there isn't a way on the phone, can I move or copy everything to the PC through a USB cord? And then merge and synchronize from there? I just want to make sure we don't lose anything from the phone. Thank you!
