ok, so the last few days my droid keeps saying that there is low storage space on my phone and text messages full so I cant receive incoming text.........problem is my text threads and emails are all empty.......any help would be greatly appreciated

Move some of your larger apps to your SD card and reboot. See if that helps.

Maybe clear out the caches for your apps as well?
