Memory SD stopped working

Memory stick just up and stopped working. Can't format.... nothing.
Any suggestions?

I've rebooted
Rebooted with memory removed then rebooted it with memory reinstalled.

Nothing.................

Plug into another device, computer, camera, something, to see if the memory card is still good.

If so, then you may have a phone problem. If not, get a new one. I've seen 8GB micro sd cards for $12!

I plugged the memory into my wife's phone and reformatted it. Now it works fine again.
