What does it mean when it says Phone memory storage full?

It means the memory in your phone is full, you have too much data/too many apps.

Use DiskUsage - Android app on AppBrain to see which apps/files are the culprit. Also, emptying caches helps too.

Is there a way to empty ALL apps caches (at once) as compared to going thru the billion apps I have installed and looking at each one in settings?
