My phone shows that I only have 1.09GB free of 9.71GB on my phone storage. This has caused me to get an error message when updating or installing new apps saying that I don't have enough memory available. I have put all apps possible to my SD card, all photos, videos and music are on my SD card and it shows 11.5GB of 14.8GB available. What could possibly be taking up all the phone memory and how can I free it up?

I bought this phone used off eBay after my old phone quit on me.

Thanks for any advice.

Thanks. I looked in my storage and saw there was 2.7GB of cached data, which I have cleared. I also see that there is 6.3GB of Miscellaneous Files, but when I click on that, I see 33 files and the largest one is 30.3MB. I assume there are a lot of system files not shown, but 6.3GB seems like an awful lot. Any suggestion?
