McAfee Container and html e-mails

My company switched from GOOD to McAfee for our mobile app. In GOOD, I could properly view HTML e-mail. Now I get all emails as plain text. I cannot find a setting on my phone or McAfee related to this. Help! Does our IT department need to change a setting on the server?

To clarify, it's my personal cell phone. Company does not provide phone.
