The FFC sucks in my opinion! I've tried taking pics several times and the pictures come out dark with no color at all. Is it just me or has anyone else noticed it?

Mine seems fine - I'm in a well lit place (my office), but it was pretty clear and quick.

Pictures come out beautiful with the regular camera. I was in Northern VA and took some really nice photos with family. I will try the front facing camera in better lighting and see if that makes a differance.

I haven't used it but I believe its a 1.3 mp front facing camera. Big quality diff from the rear facing camera.

You are correct! I just checked the stats! Wow!! The quality isnt as good. I tooks some pics and thought..."who is that"? Lol.... Thanks.

Could be wrong in this but isn't the front facing camera more just for video calls and such thus the low MP rating? There is no flash like the rear camera so in low light it would just make sense that the pictures would look off. I use my for Skype video calls and in a well lit room it looks great.

You could be right! I just tried taking a few pics and they were really dark and of bad quality. If its just for Skype and video calls that would make sense. I would love to know how to use it for a video call. Never even thought of that!!!

I used Skype with no issues at all when my friend went to El Savador so we could still chat. I didn't even have to do anything really just added my friend as a contact and it made a video call to him directly. It automatically used the front camera and he picked up on his end using a laptop and I could see him right away. It even has a small box with my picture so I can see what he sees, in case I need to have more light or what not.
