Mass Amount of Music Duplicates

My phone keeps creating shortcuts to the songs on it. I have around 4 shorts cuts/song, and at 2.2k songs that's around 8.8k shortcuts.

Is there a way to disable this function? *Samsung Galaxy Discover* *Music on SD Card*

Nope, just copying directly into a folder I named 'Music' in my SD card. Doing this via USB cable.

I'm honestly not completely sure. It seems to happen when I have music playing and press the Power button to set my phones screen black.

And to clear things up, the shortcuts are created directly in where the songs go. So let's say Opiate by Tool, instead of one, it shows 6. One is real, the others are shortcuts.

I'm still not totally clear on where you are seeing that but it sounds like the stock "Music" player. Try installing JetAudio, (as a test) to see if you see the same problem.
