Market update issues

Recently, when i get update notifications for apps from the market, I cant update them unless on wi-fi. I went to settings, and verified that the box labeled "update over wi-fi only" is UNCHECKED. Whats the deal? Any of you droid genius' got a fix??

I'd start with wipe market app cache
if that doesn't work then wipe market data

And how do i go about that? I didn't see those options in the markets setting tab.
