MAPs broswer issue

Before when I use to.search for a place such as Burger king under Google it would show the phone number then.show on map and gave you a option for browser or maps well know it is going straight to.browser when I want it to go to maps the application so I can get directions how do I fix this?

They added a search feature in maps. So the easiest way now is to open maps>menu>search.

In maps; menu, more, labs: the option you are looking for is bubble buttons... that's the only one I know to get an option for nav and to call a result displayed on the map.

I'll allow for error though

You probably checked the default for this action button once.
check under setting to see if there is a way to reset it.
someone else here may know where it is.
