Make droid ring for single contact on silent

I have a the original droid (A855) and for work I need it on silent, but when my boss calls I need it to ring so I can answer, is there any way to do this?

I have Ringo lite, it does alot if cool things and allows you to customize ring tones, but it doesn't do what youre asking for. Ringo pro might, check it out. Report back if you find what you are looking for.

It's overkill for what you want to do, but I believe Setting Profiles will do this.
