Here is our third video in the Macktion CES Video series from TabletRoms. This one is an interview with Rockchip's Chief Marketing Officer Chen Feng. He shared info about his company, their chips, and their plans for the future. If you are unfamiliar with Rockchip, they make a lot of the hardware that goes into tablets mostly in Asian countries. They are working to change that by developing more hardware for US markets. Their stuff seems to be mostly geared toward the budget-friendly price range. They are working on a quad-core chip of their own, but their dual-core chip won't be out until the middle of this year. This puts them a bit behind the big competitors, but every silicon manufacturer has to start somewhere.
