Lowest call volume level is too loud!

Is there a way to fix this? I have to hold the phone about two inches away from my ear because it is way too loud, even though it is set on it's lowest volume.

I had this problem once. The volume was stuck way too loud.

It fixed itself after I increased the volume all the way up and then lowered it again.

I had the same problem and found your post when I googled it. Called my VM and turned the vol all the way up, then down. Problem solved. Thank you KerrAvon.

Same exact issue all of a sudden....tried the vm call and toggled the audio. We'll see next time I get a call. Seemed to work with vm though. Thanks for the suggestions.
