Low overclock speeds......normal??

I've been testing my DX overclocking using Droid X overclock and Quadrant standard. All I've been able to get to is just at 1.1Ghz low voltage with a score of mid 1500's.

I'd like to get it faster. Any thoughts for a new droid owner?
