Hi, I hope I'm at the right place for this question but here goes. To start with I'm old and very basic so please don't confuse me. Haha. I have a T mobile G2x. I've had it quite a while now and I've never been able to watch videos on it. It stops every couple of seconds for a long time then stops again. I've watched videos on other phones with no problem. Does anyone know what my problem could be? Thanks, Kathey

You can try clearing cache on the app that you are watching the video with...to do this, go to system settings - app manager - all - find the video player, open and clear cache...reboot your device and see if that helps! Good luck!

What is happening to you sounds like what happens when you do not have a good data connection. Have you tried it in other places or perhaps connected it to your home's wireless internet if you have it?

I don't have internet but would the poor data connection just happen to this phone. It's happened in two different states that I've lived.
