Lousy phone

Does anyone experience number lag while dialing and horrible reception while talking ? It's really irritating. I keep telling my wife it's her 4S but she's not buying that. Lol.

The only time that I have reception problems is when I'm at work but I chalk it up to the fact that I work in an office with metal walls. None of my phones have had great reception there. Have no issues when I'm anywhere else.
