Lost sync connections

How do you sync my "Charge" to my calender and facebook? I was synced once, now I think I deleted the connection somehow and can't get it back.

Go into settings > accounts. If the accounts aren't there anymore you should have the option of adding a new account (eg facebook, gmail calendar) and syncing from there.
