Lost internet data connection- PLEASE HELP!

Since last night, I haven't been able to connect to the internet except when I use WiFi. I can send and receive phone calls and texts just fine, but not data. I've tried rebooting and removing the battery several times, but no luck. Any ideas or do I need to call Verizon?
