Lost clock, weather and date on main screen

New at this..searched all over trying to find out to get this back on the main screen, can someone direct me.

go to widgets, and clock, and it's one of the model of clocks #4 or #5, i forget.

took me a long while to figure that out too

I looked all over this forum and all I read was people saying "download this, and download that"... I knew there was an easier way.
