Did the reset, went thru process of restoring apps. Can't find one and cannot find it in backup, and can't fond it in Google Play.
The app shortcut had the word Volume, at the top of the shortcut. Below, it had what looked like an equalizer with bars aligned horizontally. About teen volume choices from ringer to media, etc. it opened when you tapped on it and a bigger screen opened that liked like the small shortcut
You could increase or decrease each volume setting.
I cannot remember the app name and cannot see it in the store and cannot find it in my backups.
Any ideas what this may be called?
