lost 3g

i got the razr 3/10/12 today 3/13/12 i lost the 3g i can only connect using wi-fi how do i get the 3 g back?

That's not exactly a fix. I got my Razr yesterday, activated it today, and had connection problems with it (only to just NOW find out there's a 4G outage across the country with NO eta on when it'll be fixed) and I talked to Tech Support tonight who told me to do various things in an attempt to get the phone to find its 3G or 4G connection - nothing worked, even what you suggested.
