lost 10% battery just by powering off the device ??

Yeah, my phone was at 38% I powered it off, connected the charger and it said I had 28% left WTF? Any one know what's up? FoxKat you're the battery guru.

Mine did it one time too. I was having trouble with gps so I rebooted it and when it came back on it dropped from 45% to 6%...

Every time I reboot mine it comes back with a different reading. Sometimes more sometimes less.
