I've had my Samsung Continuum for about a month now. In the past week I've noticed it's been quietly dropping off the 3g network. The icon disappears and my corporate email stops syncing. To fix it I can either power cycle the phone or enter/exit airplane mode. This happens even in areas of strong reception. My question is how to I prevent it from happening altogether?
I've also had it lose ALL service including voice even in areas of strong reception. No outgoing calls, incoming calls, or SMS work once service is lost. The only solution here seems to be to power cycle the phone. I need to be able to receive SMS from my work to alert me to problems when on call. How do I prevent the phone from losing these services as well.
