Looping ringtons on DROID? Android in general?

Is it just me, or does the DROID not loop/repeat ringtones? I've copied over a couple of MP3s to use as ringers, and one of them is short. It plays when a call comes in, but appears to only play once. I would expect it to continue to repeat until the call is answered or it goes to voicemail; this was the behavior on every other phone I've used *ever*. Sure, I guess I could go into Audactity and copy/paste the ringtone a bunch of times to lengthen it, but is this normal? Or am I doing something wrong?

I made two, it loops both of them

I don't remember doing anything special, I made them with WinAmp and the Droid starts them over when they end. I'll look around see if there's a setting I set but I don't think so. Sorry this is not more helpful...

How long is the ringtone? Number of rings = ring length (set by carrier) / ringtone length. Ring length is typically limited to 30 seconds.
