Looking for Exchange Task Software with specific features

I have searched and cannot find it.

- Task sync with Google or Exchange or other webbased system.
- % Complete
- The concept of "Project"
- The concept of an "Assigned To"

The % Complete seems to be the biggest downfall of most systems.

Can anyone point me somewhere?
