BackCountry Navigator Pro I have heard good things about. I believe there is a free version to try out and the pro version is $9.99. Kinda hefty price tag tho
BackCountry Navigator Pro is good and so is Trimble Outdoors. Both use downloaded maps (which means you have to spend some time downloading those maps). Both leave trails (or turds).
I use them both. Can't say which one i like better. But I can say that I find most of my hunting trips are documentd on the BackCountry and most of my fishing trips are on Trimble. Just don't know why.
