Long search action

I use the voice action from the long press of the search button on stock and when I long press the search button on apex it opens messaging. Can I change it back?

You should be able to. When I long press it, I get 3 options. Make sure you have Voice Search installed first. If it's not, you should get options after it's installed. Then you can check the box for default and set it. If it is already installed and Messaging is the default, you may need to go to Settings > Applications > All > Messaging > and hit Clear Defaults. Hope this works for you!
