camera button action on GB 4.5.588

For some reason, I can't get the camera button to open the blur camera app. When I long press on the camera button, it opens a handcent popup to compose a new message, not sure how that came to be because I never set it to do that. Does anyone know how to change the action of the camera button to open the blur camera app? TIA!
