Locking Icons to Their Home Screen

I've searched the forums (and Google) a bit, and I haven't found much other than locking the phone type of apps.

Is there any app (or feature) that will allow you to lock icons/shortcuts/widgets on their home screen? I've deleted a few of them or moved them to another page without noticing...and when I go to find them I get really confused :icon_eek: .

I know that ADW(EX?) launcher can lock your desktop so no editing or moving may be done.
