My 4 yr old son picked up my phone and started playing with unlock patterns and wasted all attempts. Now it asks to sign in with gmail account. However, its a new phone and I had not set up any account in setting. Hence, it is not signing in as well. I took its backup in sd card making a .backup file. After that I did a factory reset hoping to reinstall backup. After factory reset phone unlocked but I lost all contacts. When I restored using .backup file, it takes me to the same previous situation. I have not saved it anywhere, nor in gmail or anywhere else. But I think they are there in .backup file in my SD card. Please guide me how can I get my contacts back.
