Lock screen question

This is weird.

When I get an incoming call while the phone is locked, the horizontal bar that says "accept" or "reject" is now broken in the middle.

So it now looks like you would slide up to accept and down to decline, but you still actually have to slide to the left or rght.

I hope that makes sense. I'll try to post a picture if none understands.
