Lock screen problem

So I've decided I want to use a pin to unlock my phone, but I don't want to have to also slide my unlock. I tried no lock but it doesnt seem to work how I want.any ideas?

Same here, Id like to have a pattern lock w/o the slide lock. Kindve annoying having 2 locks to use the phone.
