Hey when waking the phone up, how do you get a lock on the screen?

Sorry droidXpert17 you will have to be a bit more specific in order for me to answer your question.

1) When waking up the phone it should automatically take you to a lock screen in which you have to scroll the lock feature to the right to unlock your phone?

2) Are you talking about unlocking it so the locks creen doesn't show up anymore?

I want it to have some kind of passcode like the iphone. Instead of a slide

Settings>location and security>set up lock screen

You can do a pattern unlock or pin

tappin and a talkin

I did that and it only applies it to when I want to change it. It is still only slide to unlock

I'm a little confused. You can set up a pin or slide unlock with a zero time delay so that every time you unlock the phone you have to enter the security measure. Maybe I'm missunderstanding your question.

I can set up a pin. But it doesn't transfer to the lock screen. It is only a slide to unlock. But when I try to change the lock it makes me do the confirmed password from earlier

There should be an option in there for time delay. Is it set to zero?
