Lock Browser Home Page

I can set my Home Page in the Browser app, but whenever I launch the browser it simply goes to the last page viewed.

Is there a way to make it return to the assigned home page?

It was made to go back to the last page. If you would like to go to the homepage each time, I would recommend removing your browser shortcut, and make a shortcut to whatever page your homepage is set to.
