Lock 2.0 Droid Full Screen?

The description for 3.1 said full screen for droid fixed, but without the bottom settings bar it doesnt fill the whole screen. I've read people say that they had to uninstall it and reinstall it for it to work but i've done that 2x and it still isn't working. Any ideas?
