lock 2.0 home screen locked

Hi, does any one know a way to get back my home screen after accidently (and stupidly) entering "use lock 2.0 home screen" yeh the one where it says do not choose this! I have a samsung galaxy s which is rooted, also i cannot get to my apps to uninstall lag fix. I can boot to recovery but not run restore as i have read you must uninstall lag fix first, plz help if you can. thanx
