Live wallpaper app

I have been trying to figure out how to use this app by selecting extrememod, but I can't figure out where to find this app to select extremod ...I have looked in wallpaper from longpressing my homescreen and picking live wallpaper and don't see it,can someone help me out?

I have tried with 2.5 and 3.0, I couldn't figure it out on either lol, I know it is something simple I am missing, it always is
