Ok my buddy got the incr. And when he trys 2 watch espn its tells him 2 download something on the screen but when u click it just sets there anyone know what's going on

I forgot the answer but when that app came out it worked for some people and didn't for others. They kept getting prompted to download some app they couldn't get because it was made for windows or something. There was a work around, I just don't recall what it was at the moment. I also see posts about an update around the 19th saying it stopped working for some.
