Live Tiles?

Has anyone seen the new windows phone with Live Tiles? That is a pretty cool feature. I have the Motorola Droid 1, is there anything like that for the Droid?

I agree it is very cool, this might be possible if someone could develop some widgets to do it but at the moment there is no way I am aware of.

Handcent widget does the same thing. Shows how many unread messages you have. The notification bar shows voice mails and missed calls. Facebook widget show latest social feeds. Android does all thatg wp7 does and more. I really dont see any advantage. you can only fit 8 icons on wp7 but 16 with android and mix and match the widgets you want plus the notification bar.
