Linking Facebook contacts?

I just got this phone yesterday. When I first signed on to Facebook, it asked me if i would like to add them to my contact list. I chose "no". Now I would like to. But I cant seem to figure out how, and I was also wondering if I could have them on a separate contacts list other than my main one...

Open facebook, select "Home". Menu key, select "Settings" and at the bottom "Sync Contacts".

That doesn't work... When I go to facebook, then hit the home key, it just returns me to my main home screen of the phone...

Settings/ Accounts & Sync/add an account, select facebook and sync.
